Just as last time your list is INCOMPLETE and you can make a point that you could otherwise not make about everyone on your list if it where complete. See details in prev. post on the matter.

And AGAIN, it has been claimed here that a CA settlement, signed by the court, LOWERS remuneration, forces a pay back and regulates the way options will be priced in the future.

SO EITHER this is NOT TRUE (we haven't seen any official sign of that yet) OR it is true and the point you make has been corrected but doesn't say that the PPHM BoD members were paid to much in the PAST (no after the settlement) and that they PAY BACK (which means they didn't really got it and kept it anymore).

BUT IT CANNOT BE BOTH!
