Hi Guys,

Ok, I get it........NEWC is trading with little interest and belief of their business plan.

For me we are at a fork in the road here. The stars look to me that they are lining up.

I have placed by long bet. And like most are sitting on a loss here.

But, the risk rewards work for me. There is real value in their business plan.

Sure they need to fix a lot of accounting things. And the SEC compliance is very important.

We will all know the status in a given time frame.

That being said, mid September we should all know if we have a loss with NEWC or the share price will begin to show the value of its business.

In addition there will be much time available to add to my position when NEWC becomes a full reporting and operational profitable company.
