The PR for start of Qapzola Patient enrollment came out yesterday but on clinical trials web site it shows the start date as June 28th. I guess they were waiting for some momentum in the SP before announcing it officially? I guess so. Anyhow, unless they provide evidence of a patent extension which I believe expires in 2021 give or take a year it's hard to get to excited for apaziquone at this point in time since they will have only 5 yrs of bonafide patent protection as a new molecular entity once approved. I guess that's enough to recoup your costs of this new trial and then some but not much more than that. Now if they got some extended patent protection I would get much more excited but as I said right now I don't see it. Here's yesterday's PR link
