I was not defending Neary. I was pointing out the facts. Regarding compensation i can only comment on what has been filed. His full salary has not been paid to him and whatever stock he has obtained through converting some of his owed salary into stock is largely irrelevant given he has sold ZERO shares. When stock hit $1+ he held onto them. From a shareholder perspective if he was dumping stock i would be concerned but he has done the opppsite. Compensation is what you receive and can monetize. From what i see the company owes him his back salary and he has sold no shares. That is skin in the game. He also appears to have loaned the company money at 0%. The above is not the actions of someone who is viewing the company as a piggy bank. But this is just my opinion. You may very well know something that contradicts what has been filed. Like when you stated he sold his stock!! Without you substantiating it with facts i will stick with my own DD based on audited accounts.
