No definitely not.. I'm amazed that Brad and his company are joining with Cloud Commerce. I will admit that I've been frustrated with the lack of growth by acquisition that CLWD has been talking about for years now, having only acquired another company, Indaba Group http://indabagroup.com/

That acquisition hasn't seemed to produce much for CLWD and the two directors of that company recently left. It will interesting to see CLWD's financials as very little detail has been provided about the departure of those directors.

In any event, my faith in CLWD growing, let alone surviving, is greatly increased by the recent acquisition of Parscale, along with Brad joining the team.
