Your impassioned defense of Neary missed the point, which is the level of his compensation, not his general fitness for the job. Safe to say you agree he is overcompensated relative to company size and results?

Additionally, you mention "truth and facts", as if they are important only on message boards. Don't you think the company has some responsibility here? If the company were more transparent with "truth and facts" about operations there would be less need for speculation on message boards.
