Does worlds make products sir?

Yes. Although their products are by no means cutting-edge or popular in the market, they did initially create multiple products using their patents. I agree in principle that their efforts to create products in the recent years have been pathetic to non-existent. But they certainly did attempt to create software (and did, albeit unsuccessful software) in the first 10 years or so.

Their current products are WorldsShaper (the important one), WorldsServer, WorldsBrowser, WorldsPlayer, and Worlds Gamma Libraries.

Worlds Online (now MRMD) has those softwares, and also has the formerly developed Worlds Ultimate Chat (fully functional), Aerosmith World, DMC Worlds, Cinema Virtual, Pearson Contracts (distant learning), and a host of URLs, per 10-Q. Not that any of these products, as stated before, have been successful.

And did kidrin create the patents or did he buy them.

Created them.

I am right -too bad

Are you, though?

It says proceeds from the award or a public offering

Now, I have common sense, do you?

The 10-Q does not mention the sale of MRMD to satisfy these debts, but I don't see why they couldn't. There's nothing stopping them. It seems your "common sense" would consider that a possibility (although I agree that dilution is more likely).

Either way, how does short-term dilution do anything for our long-term outlook? We would lose a cent PPS in the short-term?

I AM NOT SURE WHAT YOU DO FOR A LIVING, BUT I INVEST PROFESSIONALLY

Aaaaaaand it comes out. Ulterior motives.

In one of your first posts you admitted to not knowing some things, and simply bring a viewpoint as someone who lost money in VRNG.

And in less than three weeks, your tone as become that of knowing more than everyone else on the board combined.
