So why are people expecting news soon with this company?

I'm showing there haven't been any filings in years and their last piece of news was a gaming acquisition 2 months ago.

Just tryin to get all the facts here before I put some money to work.

There's a stop sign warning on the OTC site...

Any help would be great. Not seeing much available info on the site and the official Facebook site hasn't been posted on since 2014.
