You will but for the actual reader will see they lost no money and maybe
even earned a little. The 261k is and expense for div. The warrants themselves are an expense so that was $1,000,000.00 additional loss so we ended up with a .12 loss instead of a slight profit.
Next cash was reduced because on build up for new orders
backlog up to almost $17 million versus $15 million
Balance sheet the 4 million warrant are treated as a $4 million liability so sub that out of book which is an accounting ( conservative line that means very little. With out that line we have a bk of around $1.25 istead of .75 or so.
Now you can beat all this up.
