Nobody wants TVOG under .01 at the close of the day. Sure it may go below .01 during the day but the end of the day is the most important.

TVOG is getting the 5 tankers from Newlead and Newlead has been selling off all of its tankers. The 5 tankers TVOG wants from Newlead have not been taken over yet but other Newlead tankers have been and publicly known with good DD. IMO
