Where is the China factory in the report??

I do not see it! They only mentioned their office in Florida under Section 7 of the Disclosure. I do not see anything mentioning the plant in China. It even says "The issuer does not own in whole or part any real estate property."

Where in the Financial Statement would this be hidden? No mention of China is in there either. I wonder how that plays a role.
