I would say that until there is a clear sign that the science does not work as expected then there is hope that the PPS should rise.

So far results are not bad, of course the pace is slow however that is the way the system works.
Of course ADXS did made a couple of big mistakes ... there were two trials that "failed", not because of the science but design.
