Absolutely not related as I don't care about Spokane but used the quote just to bring in my point about a alleged dealer in BOISE who admits they want students to binge drink and low brow pressuring kids in college to drink.

That part of the quote is on every tweet and fb about alleged dealers for years. Has no bearing on Spokane, korea or Spain.
Unless Spokane is also selling to college kids, encouraging them to binge drink and destroy their minds so hjoe can allegedly supply them snake oil to 'cure' them, then it may be relevant.
