WHY NO News? See below IMO of course:

IF you can pull this link up, you will see that it's getting harder to become a fly-by sensation of the EV world. Especially in China.

Few lines of interest I think:

Weeding out the smaller players would push the survivors towards partnering with larger companies — exactly what Beijing wants.

Many small companies, such as NIO and LeSee, have aspired to emulate the success of Tesla. But Chinese authorities have traditionally been attracted to a model of innovation that focused on national champions — the behemoths of the car industry such as electric battery maker BYD, as well as carmakers GAC, Geely and Changan.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Industry is launching a lengthy certification process which requires that NEV production facilities have “mastered” the technology they are manufacturing.

IMO, I think this MAY be one of the main reasons this stock is going to shock the world. As you can see per above, China is only going to deal with the best of the best from here on out and encourages larger companies to "buyout" others in the hopes of being the best the world can have.

Jinbo and company are probably making 100% sure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed exactly for these reasons.

This ride rental thing may actually help JNBY as the government sounds like rentals may be a good market and JNBY fits the bill with the economical and cheap alternative. The ride share, outside of the busses, may not be such a help if increase in popularity due to the size of JNBY's cars, but we don't really know what else is in store.

I STILL think they are not going to do a THING until the lawsuit is completed and the 54 million shares are put to rest. Once symbol changes and the share price moves into dollar land, NASDAQ may be just around the corner. This thing hits the $4 mark needed and it may as well be $10 - $20 per fund managers and the like will be falling over each other trying to get the Chinese Tesla for under $50 a share! Count on it.

Oh, and in terms of this being a 'scam', again, please, anyone able to refute the fact this the lawsuit is filed via the U.S. Federal court system? Anyone? Anyone? Yeah, that's kind of what I thought.

Out!
