My hunch is that a reverse split could be looming in order to attract financing - make is so the investor, assuming they find one, could receive warrants and they would need them convertible to common shares. I think they gave us a little insight with the filing last year on a potential split.

Time will tell - wonder if they have done anything with regard to plans this year - I see nothing.
