I suspect MS is currently focusing on the German-backed guaranteed loan. If it comes through, maybe others will follow. However, based on the nebulous or uncertain state of the scandium market - and Niocorp's scandium numbers - it's hard to picture a major investment firm financing this project without a serious scandium off take in place.

Right now, my hopes are with a buyout offer from a major mining company. $2 would be nice but $1.50 would be acceptable (to me at least) given the stock's utterly dismal performance. It's been a long painful ride.
