Alpha- Please post your supporting analysis over which COA Judge is a software patent terminator. I always welcome thorough honest research as a means to support an argument. That's what this forum is for, thats why we're here. Not to trade insults, just to have honest discussions about what effects the equities we all share interest in. If you cant support the argument I understand. I bear no ill will or question your reasons why. Please extend that courtesy to others. I for one value contrarian positions. It forces many to do research which is shared in this environment from which we all benefit.

I'm certain there are many here that did not know Activision lost at the COA in McRO v. Bandai Namco Games America. I would never have posted that decision if you hadn't challenged my position. Lets agree to disagree and continue the discourse respectfully.
