RRBB has many client's so it depends on several factors as to how long this audit could take.

Facts are RRBB is going over anothers work and this is complicated with a firm that had a poor history. I also think individuals here do not keep in mind these filings are not singular events from year to year. Everything is connected.

I understand many here have no practical experience running a business, let alone a publuc company. The mechanics are complicated even in a small corporation. Compile this with a poor accounting firm, endless possibilities for error within ARYC accounting practices, etcetera, it is very possible this completion could carry into next quarter.

A final conference just means they have what RRBB considers to be the final information needed to finish. As long as ARYC is responding to SEC inquiries satisfactorily everything is fine.
