I disagree for several reasons.
1. If these very low predictions were accurate then anyone (bigger players) in the game would have sold at or around .05 already and moved on to a better and quicker play. They would not tie up their money long term for such a short run.
2. And even if they ( bigger players) desire to jump back in on the news the fact that we are on the most emotional level of all of them would push this much higher anyways.
3. I don't know what your definition of foreseeable future is but you may be right on that. But jumping up a notch on the OTC is not that hard and of course two notches is even better. Then there is getting off the OTC all together would be way more difficult and longer in duration.
