"The address will be valued in the industry as Silicon Valley is". Please tell me you are joking? Nipton will be like the Silicon Valley! Do you realize how hysterically laughable that is? For one thing Denver has already cornered the market on that. Second, the town of Nipton which ERBB supposedly owns is only 80 acres. Not to mention ERBB has no money and in it's 19 years has never generated much if any revenue. Nipton the MJ Silicon Valley! LOL!!!
