All, fwiw,

If application of Cytosorb in military uses speeds ahead of FDA approval timelines, we might eventually be looking at the Department of Defense requesting a waiver for cytosorb use from the FDA. Here's a link to an article that explores that issue related to specific not-yet-fda-approved drug use during the Gulf War.
