Did you catch the important-legal loophole? "as long as we have surplus". Vague language that be skewed if their "internal accounting dept" determines sorry folks our money went into operating expense i.e first class tickets and CEO flights to Tel-Aviv.

Private wallet not outsourcing to a third party to pay dividend's rather an internal process with "full control". Control the printing press and you control who makes money.

I am not saying this is a trap but it sure has been set.
