Venture Society has chosen MDGC as a shell through custodianship awarded by the court to bring it back to life with the merging of companies wanting to go public. We as MDGC shareholders are in a unique position as this process plays out They are being very up front with what they are doing by keeping shareholders up to date with Update posting and Tweets. They chose MDGC for a reason as there is a multitude of shell companies out there. Venture Society is putting their reputation on the line with this effort. I think the close Friday up 83% with dramatic volume is just the start for a strong run here and who knows where it will go when the new company is introduced!!! imo lucky
