I like it and agree with most of your points. However, there is a dilution going on right now (based on the private placement) - that's why the stock was not skyrocketing on Friday , I mean really skyrocketing! Bigger picture however is that the sp will be close to 20-28 by end of year..what most guys haven't discussed yet : when the CEO would dump all of his shares at 27.5, he would make $1bn..hope you see what I want to say with regard to the shelf offering of $2bn!;)
