Interesting to see Siemens comments change slightly.

Siemens concluded its presentation by commenting
that it believes Qualcomm will have an uphill battle
collecting TD-SCDMA royalties from companies in
China. Siemens noted that the physical layer is
completely different than CDMA (in their opinion) and
that the signaling layers are based upon the GSM
signaling protocols where Qualcomm does not have
any patents. Stay tuned.
