You will hear new insider buying, same share structure, no convertible debt and all of these wonderful inside information. It is inside for sure. mmtc is a nonreporting company to the SEC. It is all fools gold. mmtc has surrendered its patent, AOAC certificate, corporate license and charter. mmtc no longer reports to the IRS and SEC (for years) and has gagged its transfer agent. Pretend that just one of these wonderful names or other info was true - would there be little or no volume every day?
