Steve has said to shareholders in the past that we will be very happy and find the changes to share structure very lucrative.

The ONCI name change, which will involve a ticker symbol change will not be much different from AOL Time Warner changing to Time Warner back in the early 2000s. Ticker changed from AOL to TWX.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe that share structure is in any way directly impacted by a name change or ticker symbol change.
