You can see how a few people might be skeptical at this point because of the delay. Facts do still point to the merger as a green light go. I believe this will plateau around 30 cents before the merger is announced. The day the merger is announced I believe this will close about 60 cents. It will then proceed to about 1.75 over the next week. Just my thoughts on how this will play out.
