Can we explain how this will happen?-Form10?

The DDCC scammers need to do something they refused to do the past yr+ - cure the delinquency which led to the delisting, with a new Form 10.

Along the way address all of the material news they were pumping, while violating 8K regulations. As in audited proof they acted as a gold broker, and acquired some fabled Mexican mine. And somehow it didn't constitute material events. Hope to confuse the hell out of the SEC?

Maybe you can elaborate on the minefield walking that would encompass.

Since their last pumps were lame ones involving India why not go with the flow? Open up a P.O. Box office in India, and try for a listing on the Bombay Exchange. There seems to be a history of Indian penny stocks delisted, being relisted. Only downside is DDCC SHs may have to read the PRs written in Sanskrit.
