So there's a good chance many, if not a majority, are not in the money and won't be held.
The gave away many warrants years ago and our value has depreciated since then. There's a good chance the holders of the warrants will not keep them for a loss.
Of course there is an extremely slim possibility every single investor kept every share, which is part of the reason for the additional authorized shares.
But I highly doubtful based on the timing of the warrants this is the case.
So technically, as the recent filing states
there is NOT 4.5 million outstanding.
Only if all those shares were to be exercised and held, which on probability alone they won't be, then to look at all the warrants issued at a much higher PPS, I don't believe many investors will be holding on to those shares.
