IF your guess were to come true, how would you propose 79M shares enter the market (4 times the current OS mind you) when the volume is at 100k / day?
Johan would never even break even...
(Keep in mind that at present he hasn't been selling anything. He either needs to file Form 4's or an S-1, neither of which has happened)
I think we have to go with the ol' Occam's Razor theory. All things being equal, the simplest answer is usually the correct answer.
The simplest answer here is that Johan is looking to build a company, not hurt his own reputation by buying it just to sell shares, destroy shareholder value, and lose money in the process...
