First of all...the Golden Parachute kicks in, if you've watched other ones happen, WHEN a company is bought out and the CEO loses his job in the process (NOT simply because the CEO wants to walk away when he feels like)

Second...if this company is ever sold by Tom...his track record shows, as well as his actions thus far, that the sale price would make everyone happy here...so GOOD for him at that point and his golden parachute
