So osbuser, how will this go from ON4 Delaware corp to Hexagon Colorado corp being it is just a name change. I looked around and could not find out the process. Sounds like you are saying for the , whole domicile renaming, all that will happen is that Just file some papers with Colo saying, "Hey Colorado tax man, please accept our Delaware corp company just as it is but just change the name to Hexagon.

So by your response, I am assuming that the stock that we now own will only have the name changed on the stock certificates
