Not true in this case. But, you did however describe a HUGE percent of the stocks on the OTC and how they behave. Most here viewing the CCTL board are interested in making money within the arena called "the sense of normalcy in OTC land"

CCTL is a gem of a Bitcoin play, especially at these PPS levels.

The entire bitcoin sector is heating up and will run just like MJ did in early 2014. IMHO
