Wine Maker and anyone else who has lost money on this scam, my advice to you is don't use the online form on the SEC website, it will never get responded to. I already tried that avenue.
If enough of us send in certified mail complaints, we might get some attention. I plan on filing another complaint in the manner I just stated, I hope some of you will do the same.
