"Management has recently filed an 8-K and appointed a new auditor who is actively working to make all filings current. Over the succeeding weeks and months as these filings and additional 8-Ks are completed, FLPC Management will accordingly have the ability to issue full updates on the Company’s progress".... $FLPC
