Its because Tom decided to buy other companies instead of growing organically from the beginning, and this cost money.
I believe now we are at the point were those decisions will start to pay off in a big way.
If we ever get to 10 billion he can raise it, but I feel Bvtk won't need to do that because now we are at that point were cash will start flooding in. Imo
