Hi,

Does anyone know the outstanding share count? Using the 25million in the lastest 10Q, deducting 6 million for collateral I get around 19.140m shares. Is this correct?

However, in the 10Q it gives a weighted average of shares outstanding, so is it a point in time count or a average for the quarter count?

I am trying to figure out how many shares excluding collateral there are.
