Do we even have a known association linking Dart with Ronin!

Kind of obvious what the association is, is it not? PPHM itself.

I admit that I do not know for a fact that Dart has blessed Ronin, but I would think it highly unlikely that Ronin would attempt this w/o the support of Dart.

And BTW, the argument by CP (which you agree with) that Ronin missed the filing deadline is complete BS.

The Nominating Committee is responsible for choosing the Company's nominations. They have nothing to do with the nominees that any shareholder may nominate. That deadline is Tue.

Kind of like saying somebody could run for President of the US because they did not get D or R primary ballots. You do not need to be blessed by a party to run in an election. Same here, the Committee is the "Company Party" sponsoring their slate.
