What all shareholders are wondering is why the recent volume and slight movement in NGCG PPS? Is someone dumping, is someone buying/selling because of the firm filing, is something going on that benefits shareholders, is it because of a possible RM, is the case against NGCG being settled, etc.?

Will Tim Kim update shareholders soon or not until things are closed out or never?
