44ny, let's get real. By now, the auditors should have completed Crim's fins, and they should be filed.

HHSE's should be completed as well, but obviously, never having an audit done (TJ's was not an audit), would take a little longer. But if one were to believe the head clown, HHSE has been in continual preparation for several years.

No matter pro or con HHSE, everyone should wonder where is HHSE generating any revenue? No recent big box releases nor theatrical releases. Just admin and legal expenses.
