I agree Truth but here is the question I have.
What completes the 1 contract?

The army had a contract.
It gave kblb 100k in advance and would give the balance of the money upon delivery of the shoot packs.

They recieved the thread and awarded the balance.
We still need to deliver the shootpacks.

Correct?

If so the contract is completed(upon delivery) But they said that now the army wants to work with us to make specific fiber blends etc.

This objective is not covered in either phase of the current contract.

If they want specific blends etc they require a contract for this don't they?
Or is the $1m contract open ended making KBLB a slave?
There has to be an end goal for the contract. (Delivery of shootpacks.)

So yes we only have 1 current contract.
But it appears that a second contract is in the works to pay the company for specific blends knits and weaves.

That contract should appear when we deliver the shootpacks.
