what is there to understand about low ball buyout numbers..could not be simpler..remember Archimedes Razor..25% of company shares are borrowed against short positions..what other reason would there be for such low ball buyout numbers..given we are on the edge of approval in EU and US..biggest hurdle as i see it..how to make LM vector targeting available to all immuno players who need and want it..working that out equitably taking some time..but adxs management is on that bigger picture no doubt..
