I see some here keep talking about a KNSC share reduction.
That must be the politically correct term for reverse split.
In my experience, (do the research) when a company announces a reverse split, they have already taken the steps to do it shortly after the announcement.
In this case as in most pinkies the CEO is the majority share holder and controlling interest/vote so having a share holders meeting is just a formality and means nothing.
Typically after a reverse split what few shares you may have left will be worth more but not enough that if you sell, you can break even or even come close.
The rise in value usually lasts a short time maybe a few days or just a few hours, then it tanks and does not recover.
Flippers/pumpers and dumpers make money doing what has been going on here for several months.
Long holders are the ones that get left holding the bag.
