It's only a guess as to how hard the management of DCAC have been working. Truly, none of us will know exactly until more is released. I'm guessing that more is going to be released.

Even though the earlier updates were back in Feb 2017, still, initially, I was not able to recall of such, but I think I can recall very vaguely as of now. I caught wind of this recent update and it looks like they should have more to release to move forward.

Why else would they make such an announcement as of late unless they were ready to move forward?

Only a guess... nothing more... nothing less.
