Their main focus was to get Part 121 certification. That was the
highest priority. March 2018 was one way, until the Songbird path was very attractive to get the Part 121 certification ASAP.

The sequence doesn't matter...it was the plan A is to get the certification. Plan B was to add more time to get certification.
