Rossi statement about the delay

Stop acting like he hasn't explained a hundred times why there is a delay.I will share this from a while ago

ROSSI:

"I will say audits are a lot more work than anyone could ever know, that has not been on the ground floor of one, in the past. Its so easy to point fingers. Yes, ultimately I am in charge and I accept blame and fault for any issues we have. I do not mind that at all. I do, however, like to explain WHY there are issues. With audits there are so many professionals that we hire to do work. Accountants, Auditors, Legal, Filing…etc. Every time there is a problem or question the “ball” gets kicked around to each one of these professionals and whats important for FNHI or our shareholders, may not be the priority for one of the professionals. Auditor says “can you please re-send the financials with A,B,C done” that has to go to us, then to the accountant, then back to the auditors. Yes, that can all happen in one day, but usually takes one-to-three days per professional (per question or adjustment). Now multiply that by dozens and dozens of questions. That gets us to exactly where we are, today – months late.

 

I’ve learned a lot from this audit (above what I’ve learned from the other three years I’ve had audits done) – and we’ll improve. We have no benefit from being late and we’re going to work harder and faster. As Trux / FNHI develops, our reporting and filing will, that much you can rest assured of"
