I thought this was public knowledge? The company has stated they are rectifying a situation brought, at mininum, in part by the vacated accounting firm.

Considering the fact each filing is reliant on the previous, it stands to reason possibly the most recent will be last in that order.

Shareholder desire has nothing to do with reality. When the accounting firm is finished and everything is uploaded to the SEC that is the only relevant date. Unfortunately, it is as yet unknown.
