Iam very undecided about Josh at this moment, not saying that he is the wrong person for us and he has my support for now, but his skills needs to be seen first.

Further thinking that Leonard did not made him for no reason our new Cao, there should be already something going on behind the scenes, which now needs to be secured, arranged and or fulfilled..

Both should already sit with an nice plan and i do think, that its only a matter of time to hear about it.
