Believe in the honesty of our executives. It would be so easy for them to cheat. For example A cheap trick is a reverse stock split, where your 1 million shares is now 10,000 shares.

Then the crooks issue more stock , limited stock at a higher price.

The only mention of limited stock was given to o'brien?????????


You have to be lery, watch out for preferred stock issues with voting rights that are way over the 51% limit and you get a series a reverse splits , and more perferred stock issues.

I dont see that developing, but you never know.

The executives are told that it is within the law even though the shareholder rights are stomped on.
